learn and understand what they need to know. "I can teach one topic only
instead of dealing with an entire software program," said Noble. "For
example, if someone is having difficulty with a mail merge, I'll teach mail
merge, and not an entire lesson on word processing."
Many local corporate offices have discovered that it is less expensive and

to train individuals or groups than to pay travel associated costs for staff
to spend time at their head office out of town for training. Fees are paid
